Karen enjoys being out on site & in the sales offices where she works closely with our new homes sales negotiators in West Sussex & Hampshire. She’ll make sure that every lead is leveraged through careful attention to detail. Karen will work closely with your management team to achieve the best sales results. Karen also works in tandem with our teams in Henry Adams’s branches to promote your new homes, generate leads, and monitor sales progression to keep your sales on track - from first enquiry right through to key handover.

Nancy has been in Estate Agency for four years so brings with her valuable experience. She is passionate about houses and as she lives locally has a good knowledge of the local area. She moved from Emsworth Sales to Chichester New Homes in March 2023.
