Barratt Homes could contribute up to 5% with PARENT POWER!

If you're a first time buyer and are getting some financial support from your family to get on the property ladder, Barratt Homes' Parent Power scheme could be for you.

Make your first move

Barratt are offering extra help to make buying your first home even more affordable.  If you're getting financial support from your family or friends to help you get on the property ladder, Barratt could match it, up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price.  Plus flooring will be included.

On the date of legal completion, Barratt will pay you up to 5% of your property's purchase price.  For example, if you reserve a property with a purchase price of £300,000, Barratt will pay you up to £15,000.  Plus you will receive 1% towards your flooring.  For example on a £300,000 property, Barratt will contribute £3,000.
