How EasyMove Works for You

Step 2 - Berkeley will appoint an estate agent to provide a valuation of the property you wish to sell or liaise with your existing agent if your property is already on the market.

Step 3 - Based on the valuation, Berkeley will suggest a selling price for your current home and put together a plan to get your old home sold.

Step 4 - When your home is sold, Berkeley will pay your estate agent fees*
