Simply New Homes Launches Landmark Chichester Scheme

Henry Adams Simply New Homes has been appointed by Miller Homes to market their landmark scheme, Minerva Heights in Chichester, where Show Homes open on Saturday 23rd January.

The overall site, within a mile of Chichester city centre, is allocated in the Local Plan for 1,600 homes.  Partner, David Adams confirmed that Henry Adams had been advising the land owners on the promotion of the site over a period of 18 years.

Planning permission for the entire Phase 1 which was sold by Henry Adams to Miller Homes and Linden Homes, includes 750 homes, a local centre for employment, retail and community uses, primary school, playing pitches and a country park.

The first portion of Minerva Heights features 72 homes, including 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses and 22 affordable homes, with the first completions due in Spring 2021.
