The Property & Construction Awards will encompass a range of industry disciplines from best professional services company to best specialist contractor, and provide companies of all sizes in the sector with an equal opportunity to compete on a regional platform.

These awards are unique in that they are free to enter and the winners are chosen purely by the house-buying public and industry professionals through the online voting portal at propertyandconstructionawards.co.uk

Developments across the region have been listed within the most appropriate category of Best New Apartment Development, Best New Luxury Home, Development or Conversion, Best Retirement Development and Best New Homes Development.

Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 28 September, to be held at The Guildhall, Portsmouth in the company of former England footballer Matt Le Tissier and the Lord Mayor.
